About
Over a decade in software — building it, and teaching it. My most recent significant technical work is Full Circle MUD: a live game running XRPL multisig and NFT metadata, LLM pipelines with embeddings and vector stores, and a horizontally-scaled Evennia/Django backend.
In addition to technical work, seven years teaching software engineering, database design, and programming at Swinburne University — which is where you really learn whether you understand something.

Full Circle MUD
Featured · OngoingA live multiplayer online game built on Evennia/Django, integrating XRPL blockchain and AI/LLM systems. Solo development. The architecture priority has been genuine decoupling — game subsystems communicate only through well-defined interfaces, enforced via bespoke Python libraries.
- XRPL on-chain integration. Multisig transactions, NFT metadata, supporting APIs for token operations.
- AI/LLM pipeline. OpenRouter and OpenAI API integration; embeddings stored in vector databases; a private LLM test-bot harness for automated dialogue regression testing.
- Horizontal scaling framework. Engineered to distribute Evennia's single-threaded Twisted Reactor across multiple instances sharing a vertically-scaled Postgres backend.
- Library architecture. Bespoke Python libraries enforce minimal coupling between game systems; each addressable as an independent concern.
- Operational tooling. XRPL wallet management interface (private repo) for internal use.
Open source packages. Infrastructure built for FCM's architecture, published on PyPI for other developers to build on. First of several — more shipping as they mature.

Personal projects
Google Calendar API integration for the Go High Level CRM platform; OpenZeppelin-based Solidity smart contracts deployed on Polygon (FCM's original blockchain layer before the XRPL pivot); AI/LLM learning exercises and code samples created for students; additional projects in Oracle PL/SQL, C#, and JavaScript.
